By entering the Gorilla Kart Referral Contest (the “Contest”), you will be bound by these Terms & Conditions and you acknowledge that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.
Eligibility. The Contest is open to all persons older than 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in their state of residence prior to the date of entry.
How to Enter. You may enter the contest via either entry method described below:

You may enter the contest by signing up via our web page (using your email address), and sharing your unique link available at
https://sales.gorillakarts.com/gorilla-kart-contest-signup When a user signs up on the web page and clicks on their unique referral link and activates a referral for the first time (with a valid email address), both you and the referred user shall automatically be entered into the contest. Entrants must sign up via the web page.

You may enter the contest by completing your details at
https://sales.gorillakarts.com/gorilla-kart-contest-signup and including your full name and email address.
Winner Selection Method. The Winners will be selected on 1/12/2019. The Winners will be selected by having the most points from referrals on the 1/12/2019 from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible referrals made. If you are the winner, an e-mail notification will be sent to you from Gorilla Kart.
Prize(s). The winner shall receive the Gorilla Large Pedal Go Kart which will be fulfilled by Gorilla Kart.
Each Winner will be responsible for paying all income and other taxes and any other expenses incurred in connection with the contest. If you win a prize, you may not transfer, assign, or redeem the prize for cash.
Additional Terms and Conditions Applicable to the Contest.
Gorilla Kart reserves the right to modify or cancel the Contest at any time. Gorilla Kart and its affiliates are not responsible for: (a) lost, misdirected, late, or incomplete entries or for inaccurate entry information; (b) any operation or transmission error, theft, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or (c) damage to any computer or device resulting from downloading Contest materials. A handshake may disqualify any individual found to be: (x) tampering with the Contest; (y) violating these Terms & Conditions; or (z) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to threaten or harass any person. Incomplete and robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entries will be disqualified. The authorized subscriber of the account used to enter the Contest at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Miscellaneous. The Contest is governed by the laws of the UK. By entering the Contest, you agree (for yourself and your heirs) that Gorilla Kart, its affiliates and agents, and any entity involved in any aspect of the Contest (all aforementioned parties are collective, the “Released Parties”) will have no liability, and will be held harmless from and against liability, loss, injury or damage to property or person, including death, and reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in the Contest, even if caused or contributed to by the negligence of any of the Released Parties.
You agree that Gorilla Kart’s decisions related to the Contest and all distribution of prizes are final. The Winner agrees that, by participating in the Contest, Gorilla Kart and its affiliates may use the Winner’s name in any manner and in any medium for its promotional purposes without additional compensation, including posting in a winner’s list, except where prohibited by law, and Gorilla Kart and its affiliates may be required to disclose the winner’s address to state regulatory authorities.
Privacy Notice: All information submitted in connection with the Contest will be treated in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, and Gorilla Kart’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict between Gorilla Kart’s Terms of Service and/or Privacy Policy, on the one hand, and these Terms and Conditions, on the other hand, these Terms and Conditions shall control.
